Privacy notice
What we collect when you use this site, why, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted.
This notice covers revylio.com. Revylio is part of Svennis Cloud Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 13852193), 117 Upper Chorlton Road, Manchester M16 7RY. We decide what happens to the information you give us on this site, which makes us its controller under UK and EU data protection law.
If you have a question about any of it, write to hello@svennis.co.uk.
What we collect, and why
We only collect what you type in, and only to do what you asked. The one exception is Google Analytics, which runs only if you agree to it (see Cookies, below).
| When you | We keep | So that we can |
|---|---|---|
| Send the contact form | Your name, email, and the company, phone number and message if you give them | Reply to you and talk about the project |
| Ask for the speed report | Your email and the website you tested | Send you the report and follow up about that site |
| Run the speed test | The website address you typed | Test it with Google and show you the result |
The legal basis is your request. You asked us to reply, or to send you a report, and we need these details to do it. Where we follow up afterwards about the same project or site, we do so in our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you started. You can tell us to stop at any time.
We do not sell your details, use them for advertising, or pass them to anyone except the services listed below.
Who else handles it
- Zoho. Enquiries and report requests go into our Zoho CRM, which is where we keep track of who we are talking to.
- Google. The speed test sends the website address you typed (not your own details) to Google PageSpeed Insights, which runs the test.
- Our email provider, which sends the speed report to the address you gave.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the site and keeps standard server logs, such as which pages were requested and when, for no more than 30 days.
- Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, only if you agree to it in the cookie box. It records how the site is used (which pages are read, how you arrived, your device and approximate location) and shows us the totals. Google uses your IP address only to estimate your country and city, then discards it without storing it. Google deletes the detailed records after no more than 14 months; the totals in our reports, which do not identify anyone, are kept.
Each of them handles the information on our behalf and under their own security and data protection terms. Google Analytics data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension. The others may also store information outside the UK or the EU, under the safeguards the law requires for that. Ask us and we will tell you which safeguard applies and send you a copy.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for 12 months after our last contact about the project, then delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do.
Your IP address is held in the server's memory for a few minutes to stop the forms being flooded with automated requests, and then forgotten. The country it comes from is also used, without being kept, to choose the language of the site for you.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or give it to you in a format you can take elsewhere. You can object at any time to anything we do on the basis of our legitimate interest, such as following up an enquiry, and we will stop. Where you gave consent, such as to analytics, you can withdraw it at any time; that does not affect what happened before. Write to hello@svennis.co.uk and we will answer within a month, usually much sooner.
If you are not happy with how we handled your information, tell us first at hello@svennis.co.uk: we will confirm we have your complaint within 30 days and tell you what we did about it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk), or to the data protection authority in your own country. In Romania that is the ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
Cookies
The site uses Google Analytics only if you agree, and that agreement is the legal basis for it. You can withdraw it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, which also deletes the analytics cookies already set. The cookies page lists every cookie the site sets and what each one does.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we update this page and the date at the top.
